Hi, I’m Lauren.

I spent nearly a decade as a litigator, and saw great teams held back by people problems that were entirely preventable. So I built the thing I wished those organizations had.

I drive impact for mission-driven organizations, boutique professional-services firms, and beauty and wellness businesses. InTriplicate is a nod to the paperwork you’ve been avoiding and the conversations you’ve been ruminating over. The infrastructure nobody wants to deal with is the lattice everything else grows on — and somebody has to love it. That’s me.

I keep the consultancy small — I take on a handful of clients at a time, so the work, and our relationship, gets my full attention. You and I both know a handbook isn’t going to solve all your problems. I do more than that.
