Privacy Policy

InTriplicate LLC Effective date: June 11, 2026

Who I am. InTriplicate LLC is a Maryland consulting practice. This policy explains what information I collect through intriplicate.co, what I do with it, and what I will never do with it. Questions about any of it can go to hello@intriplicate.co.

What I collect. Three categories. First, information you give me through the intake form: your name, email, preferred contact method, and whatever you write about your organization and situation. Second, information you give me by subscribing to the newsletter through the signup section on this site: your email address. Third, information collected automatically: this site is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies and collects standard analytics data — browser type, pages visited, approximate location — to make the site function and show me how it's used. You can manage cookies through the banner on this site or your browser settings.

How I use it. Intake form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether we're a fit, schedule and conduct scoping calls, deliver services if we work together, invoice for those services, and keep records a business is required to keep. Newsletter signups are used to send you the newsletter. If you contact me through the intake form, I may invite you to subscribe to the newsletter, but I will never subscribe you to anything automatically — joining is a choice you make, not a side effect of asking a question.

What I don't do. I don't sell your personal information. I don't rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their marketing. Form submissions are read by me, not a marketing team, because there is no marketing team.

Who I share it with. Service providers that make the business run: Squarespace (website hosting, form processing, and newsletter delivery), Google Workspace (email, calendar, and document storage — scoping calls are scheduled and held through Google Calendar and Google Meet), and FreshBooks (invoicing, if we work together). Each processes your information only to provide their service to me, under their own security and privacy obligations. Beyond that, I disclose information only if the law requires it — a subpoena, a court order, or a legal obligation I can't decline.

How long I keep it. Form submissions and correspondence are retained while your inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. Client records are kept as long as professional and tax obligations require. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also request a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, subject to records I'm legally required to keep. Email hello@intriplicate.co and I'll respond within a reasonable time.

Third-party sites. This site links out to platforms like TikTok, Substack, and Linktree. Once you leave intriplicate.co, their privacy policies govern, not this one. My Substack newsletter is operated through Substack, and subscribing there is governed by Substack's terms and privacy policy.

A note on what the intake form is not. As stated above the form itself: InTriplicate is a consulting practice, not a law firm. Information you submit is treated as confidential business information but is not protected by attorney-client privilege.

Children. This site is for business owners and organizational leaders. It isn't directed at anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be flagged at the top.
