Clear, flat, and consistent for everyone.

I spent years around the billable hour, and I watched it teach smart people to fear their lawyer’s phone number. I don’t want that journey for us. If I expect you to value my time, you can expect me to value your money.

If what you need isn’t on this list, tell me and I’ll scope it and quote it flat before we start. Smaller than a project? That’s what the Working Session is for. Full terms for each engagement are contained in a Master Services Agreement.

Start

The Working Session — $850

One problem, taken seriously. Before we meet, I review whatever you send me: the grant, the org chart, the email thread that started all this. Then we spend 90 minutes working the problem together. Within three business days, you get a written action plan: what to do, in what order, where the risk lives, and where you can move the needle with a practice and not another piece of paper that nobody reads.

If we move to an Audit within 60 days, the full $850 is credited toward it.

For most clients, the session ends up costing nothing — it just starts the work early.

Fix

The People Infrastructure Audit — $5,000

This is where most engagements start, and it’s the thing I built this consultancy to do.

I go through your people operations with the furrowed brow of opposing counsel and the curiosity of a potential funder or investor. Classification. Timekeeping. Policies and the handbook nobody has opened since they were downloaded. Compensation structure. Personnel files. Grant requirements. Your positioning in the talent market. How people arrive, and how they leave.

You get a prioritized written report: what’s solid, what’s fraying, and where your exposure has commas in it, plus a roadmap ordered by actual risk — not by what’s easiest to sell you next. Some clients take the report and run with it themselves. That’s a great outcome. The report is built to work either way.

Roughly 90% of nonprofit D&O claim dollars come from employment practices, not finances. You audit the books every year. This audits the thing you actually get sued over.

Build

The Projects — $4,000 to $7,500

The solution for what the audit found, or the project you already know you need.

A handbook written for your actual workplace instead of a template’s imaginary one. A compensation structure that’s fair and nondiscriminatory. A performance documentation framework managers will actually use. A hiring process that would hold up in a deposition, designed so it never ends up in one.

Every project is scoped precisely and quoted flat before we start.

The finished build looks like: “Every personnel decision we make is simple. The documentation always exists to support us.”

Run

The Retainer — $2,000 or $4,000 per month

For organizations that don’t need a full-time Chief People Officer, but do need someone regularly, already up to speed.

Essentials — $2,000/month

  • Async access for you, the executive — email or Slack/Teams, answered within one business day

  • One 45-minute working session per month

  • Two document spot-checks per month — the “is this offer letter fine to send?” review, before it goes out instead of after

  • The InTriplicate Quarterly Brief

  • Priority scheduling on projects and training days

Embedded — $4,000/month

  • Everything in Essentials, plus:

  • Same day answers

  • Access extends to your whole leadership team — managers ask me instead of guessing

  • Two working sessions per month, or a standing biweekly call

  • Document spot-checks as needed, no limit

  • An annual infrastructure check-in: once a year I re-walk the audit and tell you what’s drifted

Investigations and disputes are out of scope — I'll tell you the moment something crosses that line.

You stay the executive. I’ll be the one who’s read the regs.

Manager Support

Training Days — $2,500 half day / $4,500 full day

Your managers are your biggest compliance surface. Every day, they make decisions that either protect your culture or create liability.

I deliver scenario-based training built from real-world patterns (composited, always) for the people who supervise other people. I teach them how to lead confidently without accidentally breaking everything.

These trainings are custom-built to your specifications and your documents, not out of the box. You could buy the video, but how’d you like the last one you watched?
