Welcome Entreprenistas!
A PRIVATE INVITATION FOR ENTREPRENISTA MEMBERS
The Founder Five
I’m inviting five Entreprenista members to join me for a free HR problem-solving engagement.
Here’s how it works: bring me one specific people or HR issue. We’ll tackle it together in a 60-minute virtual session. Within three business days, I’ll send you a finished deliverable and some practical tips for using it. You can also request one round of revisions.
There’s no cost to participate. All I ask in return is that you fill out a short, three-question survey after the session. It should take about five minutes.
I’d really appreciate your help.
This pilot is designed for founders preparing for their first hire through 49 employees.
Applications close Thursday, September 10, 2026.
Selected participants will receive a scheduling link by Friday, September 11. Sessions will take place during the following three weeks.
What could we work on?
The best projects are small enough to finish but important enough that you’ll feel relieved once they’re done.
Examples include:
Reviewing a payroll setup or payroll workflow and providing a corrections checklist
Writing or substantially revising one job description or RFP
Creating a structured interview guide and scorecard for one role
Working through one leave-administration issue and creating a practical next-step plan
Reviewing one contained personnel issue and preparing the appropriate manager documentation or written plan
Writing or revising one policy, such as social media, remote work, attendance, paid time off, conflicts of interest, or expense reimbursement
Creating a clear performance review template for one role
Building an onboarding or offboarding checklist
Clarifying the responsibilities and decision authority for one role
Preparing an employee-facing communication about a policy, benefit, or workplace change
This isn’t a complete list. I want to understand what’s holding you back. Let me know what’s on your mind, and we’ll see if we can solve it together.
The Process
1. Tell me what’s going on.
Submit a short description of the problem, what a useful finished result would look like, and why it matters now.
2. I’ll select five projects.
I’ll pick projects with a clear, manageable scope that I can complete well in this format. I’ll choose based on fit, not on who applies first.
If I select your project, I’ll email you a private scheduling link by September 11.
3. We’ll work through it together.
We’ll meet online for 60 minutes. I’ll ask questions, learn about your situation, and make sure I know exactly what you need from the finished work.
4. I’ll finish the work.
Within three business days, you’ll get your completed deliverable and some practical tips for putting it to use.
You can ask for one round of changes. This pilot doesn’t include ongoing implementation support or extra meetings.
5. You tell me what worked (and what didn’t).
After the work is complete, I’ll send you a three-question survey. It should take about five minutes.
I’d like to hear what was helpful, what you might have paid, and how I could make this offer better.
There is no sales pitch at the end and no obligation to continue working together.
Why I’m offering this
My larger consulting projects and fractional HR services help growing organizations strengthen the people infrastructure underneath their work. I also serve as a trusted escalation partner when things go off the rails.
Those services require a meaningful investment because they address systems, practices, and decisions across the organization.
I’m looking for a simpler way for business owners to get expert help with one important problem that needs to be done right.
I have a good idea of the service I want to try, but I need real feedback about the kinds of problems founders bring, how long the work takes, what it’s worth, and what makes the experience helpful or frustrating.
About Lauren
I’m Lauren Agresti, founder of InTriplicate.
Before starting InTriplicate, I spent nearly a decade as a litigator working across employment, civil-rights, immigration, and commercial disputes. My employment work included discrimination and harassment matters, wage-and-hour disputes, contracts, EEOC proceedings, internal investigations, employee policies, severance, and day-to-day employment counseling.
I also ran a nonprofit legal program and tripled its capacity in under a year. That experience taught me as much about building a functioning workplace as it did about serving legal clients.
Today, I help small organizations build strong people systems they can grow with. I work on clearer roles, practical policies, manager practices, performance systems, and fair pay structures that help prevent small problems from turning into big ones.
I keep my consulting practice small and handle all the work myself.
What this pilot does not cover
This format is designed for a single, contained project. It does not cover:
Full handbook reviews
Full HR or people-systems audits
Compensation studies
Internal investigations
Active litigation, agency charges, or government audits
Emergency matters or imminent terminations
Matters that require legal representation or advice from your own attorney
Projects requiring ongoing implementation support
If I don’t think I can complete your project well and ethically within this pilot, I won’t take it on.
InTriplicate is a consulting practice. I’ll work as your HR consultant, not your attorney, so this won’t create an attorney-client relationship.
My commitment to your privacy
I’ll use your application and survey answers to learn what problems Entreprenista members need help with and to shape the scope, process, and pricing for a future service.
I won’t use your specific situation as content. Any future examples will be composites from different matters and won’t identify you, your employees, or your business.
Giving a testimonial is completely up to you. The survey will ask if you’re open to sharing one.
My insurance
I carry professional liability (E&O) and cyber liability insurance for my consulting practice. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Have something you’d love to get off your plate?
Let me know what’s on your mind. If your project is a good fit for this pilot, I’ll handle the rest.
